Create resource groups for a virtual network.

The following shows procedures for creating a virtual network resource group in the Azure portal.

Note:

For details about resource groups, see the following website.

Log in to the Azure portal.
Select Resource groups.
Select Create.
Set the following.
- Subscription: Azure subscription
- Resource group name: Any virtual network resource group name
- Region: Any region in which a virtual network is to be created
Select Next.
Set any tag. If you skip tag setting, go to the next step.
Select Review + create.
Select Create.
Verify that a resource group has been created.

This completes creation of a virtual network resource group.
