Description
Changes the storage cluster to the status ready for configuration restore, maintenance mode, and mapping information clear mode.
Syntax
hsds [master command option] set_stationary_point --point <str> (required) --maintenance <boolean> (optional) --initialize_storage_controller <boolean> (optional) --system_configuration_file <file> (optional) --target <str> (optional)
Options and parameters
- --point {UpSOAPI | NonstopBoot}
- Specifies the boot status of the storage cluster. Specify the value as instructed in this document.
- --maintenance {true | false}
- Enables the maintenance mode. Specify the value as instructed in this document.
- --initialize_storage_controller {true | false}
- Enables the mapping clear mode. Specify the value as instructed in this document.
- --system_configuration_file <VSSB-configuration-file>
- Specifies the VSSB configuration file (SystemConfigurationFile.csv) that specifies the IP address of the storage node to be restored.
- --targets <IP addresses or FQDNs>
- Specify the IP addresses or FQDNs, separated by commas (,), of the control ports of all the storage nodes.
- Specify this option only when instructed to do so.
CAUTION:
If you include the --host option in this command line, do not specify the representative IP address for the storage cluster or the FQDN that corresponds to the representative IP address. Specify the control port IP address for a connected storage node or the FQDN that corresponds to that IP address.
