For Linux: Normal user: /home/<User>/hsds/cli Root user: /root/hsds/cli For Windows: C:\Users\<User>\hsds\cli Zip the "cli" folder in the "hsds" folder. Zip the file according to the environment of the user. With the created zip file, contact customer support.
