Action to be taken when the same InitiatorName (host NQN) is used in two compute nodes (Virtual machine)(Bare metal)

When an initiator name (host NQN) is duplicated in NVMe/TCP connection, no volumes are visible from a compute node having the corresponding initiator name. Take the following actions according to the OS you are using.
