To make configured storage clusters uniquely recognizable, you can set service IDs for them.
CAUTION:
Perform the procedure below only when instructed to do so by the Hitachi maintenance personnel.

Required role: Storage or Service

Click the gear icon on the navigation bar, and then select Register
Storage Cluster Service ID.
The service ID registration dialog window appears.

Enter the service ID, and then click Submit.
The service ID is registered.
When the service ID registration completes, the following message is displayed.
"Successfully registered storage cluster service id."
Note:To unregister a service ID, delete the service ID, and then click Submit without entering any information.
