Adding security users

Security (admin) users have elevated permissions that allow them to manage system settings, users, and configuration tasks within VSP One Object. These accounts are created with broader access and are typically assigned roles or groups associated with administrative control.

To add a security user:

Follow steps 1-8 of Adding users.
Under the Groups tab, click Join Group and select the following groups for the security user's account:
- Jaeger UI Access
- MAPI
- Monitoring
- Security
- S3 Bucket Management
Click Assign.
