Configuring multi-factor authentication (MFA) enhances the security of the security administrator (secadmin) account. MFA is a multi-step authentication process that allows users to login to VSP One File management software using the login password and a one-time password (OTP) generated from a configured OTP application.

Make sure that you are logged in to the VSP One File management software as security administrator (secadmin) and start Keycloak.
  1. Navigate to Manage > Users.
  2. In the Users page, click the secadmin user.
  3. In the secadmin page, select Configure OTP from Required user actions list, and then click Save.
