You can customize the security banner text by editing the text on the login banner page. A default security banner is provided as a sample security message to users.

  1. From the app switcher, select System Administrator.
  2. Navigate to Access > Security Options > Login Banner.
  3. Edit the security banner text by changing the text in the edit box. The security banner is plain without any formatting options.
    By default, the security banner is enabled.

    The login security banner is displayed on the VSP One File management software login screen. You cannot leave the banner empty.

  4. Click Apply.
  5. (Optional) To reset the login security banner to the default text, click Reset to Default.
  6. Log out of the VSP One File management software and log back in to view the new banner text.
