You can upgrade the VSP One File management software by uploading a release file.

Download the release file (tar.gz) locally on your system.

Navigate to Configuration > Upgrade.
In the Upgrade pane, upload the latest release file (tar).
Example of a release file name: smu-install-<version>.tar.gz
Click Upgrade.
From the System Administrator Upgrade dialog box, click Upgrade.

Note: Make sure that you allow the upgrade to complete on its own without any interruption.

After the upgrade, the VSP One File management software redirects the users back to the login screen.
