You can delete snapshots that are no longer necessary.
- Make sure that the snapshots have not been mapped.
- Identify the following:
- Server name
- Volume name
- Date and time the snapshots were created
- Make sure that the user performing the procedure is assigned the
Storage Administrator (Local Copy) role.

From the navigation tree, select . If you are not using VSP
One Block Administrator to manage servers, from the navigation tree,
click , and then go to step 3.

From the inventory of servers, click the server name to open the server details
page.

From the inventory of volumes at the bottom of the details page, click the
volume name to open the volume details page.

On the Snapshots tab, select
the check boxes for the snapshots to be deleted, and then click Delete Snapshots in the action bar.
You can select multiple snapshots and delete them at the same
time.
