Hi-Track Remote Monitoring system, and you will encounter delays in getting your storage system running and supported.

Locate the product serial number (labeled
MFG. NO.) on the rear of the controller. You will need this number to register your storage system.

Open a web browser on your PC or mobile device.

Go to
Support Connect, click
Verify a Product, and follow the on-screen instructions to register your storage system. If you have registered
Hitachi Vantara products previously,
add a site on Support Connect.
