When an error occurs on Device Manager - Storage Navigator, clearing the Java and web browser caches might solve the problem.
Note: The following procedure is not required when you use Web Console Launcher to display the Device Manager - Storage Navigator secondary window.
- Select Java Control Panel opens. . The
- In the Java Control Panel, click the General tab.
- In the Temporary Internet Files section of the General tab, click Settings. The Temporary Internet Files dialog box opens.
- Click Delete Files. The Delete Temporary Files confirmation dialog box opens.
- Select Applications and Applets. Selecting Trace and Log Files is optional.
- Click OK to confirm the deletion and close the Delete Temporary Files confirmation dialog box.
- Click OK to close the Temporary Internet Files dialog box.
- Click OK to close the Java Control Panel.
- Close the Control Panel.
