When an error occurs on Device Manager - Storage Navigator, clearing the Java and web browser caches might solve the problem.

Note: The following procedure is not required when you use Web Console Launcher to display the Device Manager - Storage Navigator secondary window.
  1. Select Start > Control Panel > Java. The Java Control Panel opens.
  2. In the Java Control Panel, click the General tab.
  3. In the Temporary Internet Files section of the General tab, click Settings. The Temporary Internet Files dialog box opens.
  4. Click Delete Files. The Delete Temporary Files confirmation dialog box opens.
  5. Select Applications and Applets. Selecting Trace and Log Files is optional.
  6. Click OK to confirm the deletion and close the Delete Temporary Files confirmation dialog box.
  7. Click OK to close the Temporary Internet Files dialog box.
  8. Click OK to close the Java Control Panel.
  9. Close the Control Panel.
