If you use Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2 Update, Windows Server 2012 Update, or Windows Server 2016, you must enable JavaScript.
Note: This setting is required even if you use Device Manager - Storage Navigator with Adobe AIR because the web browser settings are used by AIR.
- Launch Internet Explorer.
- On the Internet Explorer menu bar, click .
- Click the Security tab.
- Click Custom Level.
- On the Security Settings window, set Active scripting to Enable.
- Click OK.
- When the Warning dialog box appears, click YES.
- Click OK to close the Internet Options window.
- Exit and then restart Internet Explorer.
