If you use Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2 Update, Windows Server 2012 Update, or Windows Server 2016, you must enable JavaScript.

Note: This setting is required even if you use Device Manager - Storage Navigator with Adobe AIR because the web browser settings are used by AIR.
  1. Launch Internet Explorer.
  2. On the Internet Explorer menu bar, click Tools > Internet Options > Security.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. Click Custom Level.
  5. On the Security Settings window, set Active scripting to Enable.
  6. Click OK.
  7. When the Warning dialog box appears, click YES.
  8. Click OK to close the Internet Options window.
  9. Exit and then restart Internet Explorer.
