If the SVP uses IPv6, you must configure Windows 7* management clients to use IPv6 for communication.

* Microsoft ended support for the Windows 7 operating system (OS). Use an OS version that is currently supported.

Select Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Manage network connections.
Right-click the network where the SVP resides, and then click Properties in the pop-up menu.
If the User Account Control dialog box opens click Continue. Otherwise, the Networking dialog box opens.
In the Networking dialog box, clear the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) check box.
Click OK to save the changes and close the dialog box.
