If a Data Retention Utility error occurs during removal, you must resolve it before continuing removal.

- Click to open the Data Retention window.
- In the Data Retention window, find logical volumes that are unusable as S-VOLs (secondary volumes).
- Change the settings so that the logical volumes are usable as S-VOLs.
- Uninstall Data Retention Utility.
