Use the following guidelines and suggested steps to help resolve user interface launch issues

Condition:
The UCP Advisor user interface does not launch in the following circumstances:
  • After the UCP Advisor VMs have been restarted or have been idle.
  • No route matched with those values error is displayed in the login page.
What it Means:
Users are unable to access the UCP Advisor user interface.
Corrective Action:
  1. Using SSH, log on to the Master Node VM.
  2. Run the following command:
    kubectl rollout restart deployment ucpadvisor-kong -n ucp
