Use the following guidelines and suggested steps to help resolve issues when autodiscover does not complete.

Condition:

Autodiscover does not complete.

What it means:

There is an issue with the VLAN configuration or the servers and UCP Advisor might not be on the same Layer 2 network.

Corrective Action:

  • Verify the VLAN configuration on the switch.
  • Ensure that the servers and UCP Advisor are on the same Layer 2 network.

If the issue persists, generate a log bundle, and then provide it to Support.
