For VSP 5000 series, you can assign a namespace ID in the range from 1 to 4096. However, do not create a pair by using a namespace whose namespace ID is in the range from 2049 to 4096 when connecting VSP 5000 series with VSP E1090. Otherwise, a failure (such as pair suspend) might occur in VSP E1090.
