The cache capacity is determined by conditions such as the number of MP units installed, the RAID level, the number of drives installed on the storage system, and the applied software. The following table shows the cache capacity requirements.

* To obtain the total capacity of an internal or external volume, calculate each volume capacity by adding the total volume/volume group capacity.
