The following explains uninstalling RAID Agent on a Windows host.
You must have Administrator permission.
- Log in to the host where you want to uninstall RAID Agent.
- Stop any security monitoring software, antivirus software, and process monitoring software.
- Open Control Panel, and then choose Programs and Features.
- Select Hitachi Ops Center Analyzer RAID Agent, and then click the Uninstall button.
The following folders are not deleted during uninstallation. If
necessary, delete them manually.
- Folder containing the private key and certificate of the On-demand real time monitoring module
- Hybrid Store storage-destination folder that was specified during installation
