An Administrator can lock and unlock a user account.
- On the Administration tab, select Users and Permissions.
A separate user management window appears.
- Click Users, and select the check box for the user whose lock status you must change.
- Click Lock Users or Unlock Users.
- Click OK to verify the lock status change, or click Cancel.
- Verify the user account lock status.
- If you locked the account, a lock icon appears next to the user account.
- If you unlocked the account, ask the previously locked user to verify that they can log on.
