You can automatically add servers from existing host groups in onboarded storage systems. A job submitted by this wizard verifies existing host groups, WWNs/iSCSI names, and servers, and then creates new servers or adds WWNs/iSCSI names to existing servers. If a server is created, the name is generated from a related host group name.

Click the Scan Host Groups (
) icon in the top-right area of the Server
inventory window.
- Select the storage systems that the target host groups should scan. If multiple storage systems are selected, a scan server job runs in an ascending order based on serial number.
