You can create external parity groups with virtual volumes in external storage systems.
You must attach volumes to storage and discover external storage.
- Click the plus (+) sign to open the Create External Parity Groups window. A list of discovered volumes opens.
You can filter the discovered volumes by mapped status, vendor, or serial number.
After creating external parity groups completes successfully, you can create or update pools with the external parity groups.
