You can update the pool or the schedule for a planned migration.

If a volume migration has been scheduled but is not in progress you can change the selected pool or schedule.

  1. On the storage system detail window, click Migration Tasks.
  2. On the Migration Tasks window, select a scheduled task, then click Edit Migration Task.

  3. You can choose a different pool by checking Change Target Pool and selecting another pool in the inventory. Click Next.

  4. In the Volume Settings window, you can update the Capacity Saving setting and Volume ID / Range of the target volume. You can select either a Decimal or Hexadecimal range and enter the endpoints of the range
    You can also set up cleanup tasks by selecting Shred Source Volumes and Delete Source Volumes. By default, the volumes are deleted but not shredded.
  5. In Task Settings, you can change the schedule or choose to migrate immediately.
