Ops Center Administrator provides a workflow to do the steps to create necessary storage resources sequentially. The workflow reduces the manual work of managing storage systems such as create a NVM subsystem, register a logical volume of the storage system as a namespace on the NVM subsystem, and configure a data I/O route from the host and the logical volume.
The NVMe over FC provisioning workflow automatically selects and uses the optimal resources based on best practices that simplify workflow and archive optimization without requiring in-depth knowledge of the underlying infrastructure resource details. In addition its user interface shows the configuration, capacity, status of each infrastructure resource, and the relevance among several infrastructure resources.
