Access the Virtual File Servers window from the dashboard or from the detail window for a storage system.
Use this window to view information about virtual file servers. Use the filters to show only offline or online virtual file servers, or filter by blade number.
The following actions are available:
- Create: To create virtual file server, click the plus (+) sign to open the Create Virtual File Server window.
- Open virtual file server details: To open the Virtual File Server detail window where you can delete, edit, and enable or disable the virtual file server, click the Virtual File Server label.
- Open storage system details: To open the storage system detail window, click the Storage System [ID] link.
- Delete virtual file servers: To delete one or more virtual file servers, select them, and then click the Delete Virtual File Server (
) icon. - Change label: To change the label for a virtual file server, select it, and then click the Update Virtual File Server (
) icon to access the Update Virtual File Server window. - Enable or disable: To enable or disable a virtual file server, select it, then click the Enable
icon or the Disable 
icon as applicable.
