Isolating resources in a chart report

You can isolate resources for viewing in the chart report.

1. In the report area, click the Options menu.
2. Click Settings.
3. In the Resources section, select the resources that you want to display in the chart report.
   The reports for only the selected resources are displayed.

   Note: If the assessment of more than one resource is plotted in a chart report, you can view each resource separately.
4. Restrict the resources to display by choosing the required number from the Limit number of Resources displayed per page list.
   Note: Maximum 50 resources can be displayed per page in a chart report.
5. Click Update.
   The report opens with the selected resources.
6. On the upper-right corner of the report, click Save.
   You can also select or deselect resources directly on the chart. By default, every chart report shows an assessment for one or more resources. If the assessment of more than one resource is plotted in a chart report, you can view each resource separately. To do so, you need to cancel other resources. The following screen shots show the differences.
