- In the Reports pane, click the Options menu.

Click
Settings from the available options.
By default, all the chart reports run daily. However, reports can also be run weekly and hourly.

In the
Schedule section, select the frequency:
- Hourly
- Starting at Minute of hour Select the starting time (minutes) for report generation. For example, select 15 (minutes).
- Duration (Hours) Select the number of hours for which the report must generate. For example, select 4 (hours).
- Daily
- Starting at Hour of day Select the starting time (hour) for report generation. For example, select 17 to indicate 5 PM.
- Duration (Hours) Select the duration in hours for which the report must run. For example, select 4 (hours).
- Weekly
- Starting at day of week Select the starting day for report generation. For example, select Mon.
- Duration (Days) Select the duration of weekdays. For example, select 1. The system considers value 1 as Tuesday, value 2 for Wednesday, and so on.
- Hourly
- If you want to view the reports with the latest data, select the Use near-real-time data check box.

For the
Top-N chart, perform the following:
- Define how many charts to plot. Select the number from the Chart for Top list.
- Select # Left axis resources or % Left axis resources. For example, if you select # Left axis resources, the chart report shows the top 10 resources of the total resources. If you select % Left axis resources, the chart report shows the top 10 percent of the total resources.
- Click Save.
