You can schedule Inventory reports to get those over an email for offline usage by clicking the 
icon at the bottom right corner of each report.
When you click this icon, you are redirected to the Create window of the Report Scheduler, where you can select the frequency, email alerts and so on. For more information, refer to Analyzer detail view Report Scheduler.
