Downloading the debug data file

If you are unable to resolve a Ops Center Analyzer detail view problem reported in an AAM alert, you can download the debug data file and send it to Customer Support. (The debug data file location is provided in the alert.)

1. Connect to the Analyzer detail view server or Analyzer probe server through an FTP client (like WinSCP) using the following credentials:
   • User: megha
   • Password: User password
   • Port: 22
2. Go to the location specified in the AAM alert and download the debug data file.
3. Contact Customer Support by following the following link and provide the data file:
