Resetting a forgotten Analyzer detail view password

You can reset a password with the Reset Password link in the Analyzer detail view Logon window. Active directory users must reset (change) their password through the Active Directory.

  1. In the Logon window, click Reset Password.
  2. In the Upload License for User Authentication window, upload the license file, and then click Submit.
    The Reset Password window opens.
  3. Type your user name and the new password.
    The password must be a minimum of six characters with the following requirements:
    • One uppercase letter and one lowercase letter
    • One number and one special character. The following special characters are supported:

      !, ’, `, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, (, ), -, _, +, =

  4. Click Submit.
    The system verifies the license and shows the success message.
  5. Click Login to log on to the Analyzer detail view.
