  1. In the application bar, click the Manage menu.
  2. In the Manage window, in Administration, click the Manage Users link.
    The Manage Users window opens.
  3. In Action, click the Reset Password link.
  4. The confirmation message appears. Click Ok.
    The user password is reset and shown on the UI.
    Sample reset password message:
    Password has been successfully reset to 4n1T9P$fD
  5. Copy the password and click OK.
    Note: You cannot reset the password of the Active Directory users. Reset it in Active Directory. For example, users with an Active Directory type and Administrator rights (permissions), cannot reset their own password and other Active Directory users, but can reset the password of local users.
