Ops Center Analyzer detail view collects data from the FTP server at regular intervals. Use the Status window to review the status of data download, import, and report generation.
Click the
Server Status icon (exclamation point) in the application bar area. The color of the icon represents the overall status of
Analyzer detail view data processing.
- Green The data was processed successfully.
- Red An alert occurred at the FTP server, probe importer, or during report generation.
Data Download Status

| Probe server | IP address of the Analyzer probe server. If you are using multiple network interface cards ( NIC) in the Analyzer probe server, the IP address might not show as expected; however, this does not impact the operation of the Analyzer detail view server. |
| Appliance ID | Name of the directory on the FTP server where the probe uploads the data. If the data is uploaded directly to the
Analyzer detail view server, then the directory is created on the
Analyzer detail view server, and the
Analyzer detail view server downloads the data from this directory.
If the Analyzer detail view server does not receive any data from an Analyzer probe server for 30 days, the server is considered inactive and is not displayed in the appliance list. If data is subsequently received from an inactive server, it is again displayed in the appliance list. |
| Status |
Status of the data download appears in one of two colors:

| FTP server | Name of the FTP server. |
| Last Downloaded File’s Time Stamp | Time of the previous data download. |
| Data Available Until | Time until when the data or logs are available on the FTP server. |
