The System Alerts tab allows you to subscribe to alerts regarding operation of the Analyzer detail view. (These alerts are separate from the resource alerts.)
The System Alerts tab lists the following resources.

System resources are monitored at the defined interval, and a violation is reported to the Syslog server or registered email address.
If you have configured the Syslog server to receive system alerts messages, then an alert notification is sent for each violation.
If you have subscribed to email alerts, then a notification is sent to the registered email address or group only if there is a status change from green to red (or red to green).
To subscribe to the system alerts, follow these steps:
- In the application bar area, click the Alerts menu, and select Definitions.
- Select the System Alerts tab.
- Click Subscribe, select the alert you want to subscribe to, and supply the email or Syslog server information.
