Changing the built-in FTP (meghadata) user password

Ops Center Analyzer detail view uses a built-in FTP server to transfer data from Analyzer probe server to Analyzer detail view server. The FTP server in Ops Center Analyzer detail view comes with a built-in user (username: meghadata). You can change the meghadata user's password if required, from the Analyzer detail view GUI.

1. In the application bar, click the Manage menu.
2. In the Manage window, in Administration, click the FTP User Password link.
3. In the FTP User Password window, enter the required details to change the password. (Password can contain any characters except for the following: Single quotation mark ("), multiple spaces in between, and space at the beginning and end.)

   After changing the password, make sure that you update the password on the Analyzer probe UI, which is used for connecting the Analyzer probe server and Analyzer detail view server.

   To change the password on the Analyzer probe UI, go to the Home > Reconfigure > Analyzer detail view server tab.
