Certain settings in Windows 10 and Windows 11 must be configured before installing SVP software.
Use Remote Desktop Connection to log on to the designated Windows server as the user who was specified during the Windows installation (for example, Administrator). For detailed information about configuring these settings, refer to the documentation for your Windows operating system.

| ICMP reply settings | Click the following inbound rules, and then right-click and click Enable Rules.

| Account name | Change the account name to SVP. Then open the Local Users and Groups window and rename the user to SVP. |
