To start z/OSMF, IZUANG1 and IZUSVR1 must be running. If they are not running, use the console to start IZUANG1 and then IZUSVR1 by running the START command. For details, see the description "Starting the z/OSMF server" in the IBM manual z/OS Management Facility configuration guide.
