Condition:
ESXi information is not retrieved during the autodiscover process.
What it means:
Serial-over-LAN (SOL) is not enabled on the ESXi hypervisor.
Corrective Action:
Verify that the installed ESXi image is the ESXi image installed by the UCP installer.
