Use the following guidelines and suggested steps to help resolve UCP Advisor user management issues.

Condition 1:
Unable to synchronize Active Directory user and Active Directory groups.
Condition 2:
An Active Directory user is unable to log on to UCP Advisor.
Condition 3:
The identity source password is changed or expired.
What it Means:
The BindDN password for the identity source is changed or expired.
Corrective Action:
  1. Log on to UCP Advisor as ucpadmin.
  2. Click Settings > Manage Users > Identity Sources.
  3. From the Actions menu for the identity source that you want to update the password, select Edit.
  4. Edit the password, and then click Submit.
