- Device-related operations fail on a remote gateway VM and the Task tab displays an error message.
- What it Means:
- The remote gateway VM might be powered-off.
- Corrective Action:

- Verify the power status of the remote gateway VM.
If it is powered-off, power it back on.
- Refresh the UCP system.
- Refresh the devices.
- Verify the power status of the remote gateway VM.
