Updating a subscriber

You can update the name, the allocated quota, the soft, and the hard limit threshold levels of a subscriber.

1. Click Settings > Manage Subscribers.
2. From the Actions menu for the subscriber that you want to update, click Update Subscriber.
   
   
   
   
3. Update the subscriber details as required, and click Submit.
   Note: You cannot update the subscriber ID.
