Presenting a volume to an iSCSI target

You can present a volume to an iSCSI target so that the host can communicate with that volume after the IQN initiator has been added to the iSCSI target.

  1. Browse to the storage system where you want to present a volume to an iSCSI target.
  2. Select iSCSI Targets.
  3. Click the Actions menu for the iSCSI target where you want to present a volume, and then click Present Volume to ISCSI Target.
  4. Enter the following:
    Name
    Name of the iSCSI target.
    Target Port
    Port of the iSCSI target.
    Volume
    Volume to present to the iSCSI target.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Click the Refresh icon to update the list information.
