Adding an IQN to an iSCSI target

You can add an IQN to an iSCSI target so the host and target can communicate with each other.

1. Browse to the storage system where you want to add an IQN to an iSCSI target.
2. Select iSCSI Targets.
3. Click the Actions menu for the iSCSI target in the inventory where you want to add an IQN, and then click Add IQN to ISCSI Target.
4. Enter the following:

   Name

   A name for the iSCSI target.

   Target Port

   The target port of the iSCSI target.

   IQN

   Select the IQN or click Enter IQN Manually to enter the IQN.

5. Click Submit.
6. Click the Refresh icon to update the list information.
