You can view summary and detailed information for Fibre Channel switches in a UCP system and perform management operations. You can add, edit, or remove switches, back up and restore switch configurations, enable or disable switches, and manage switch zones, zone aliases, and zone configurations, and create and apply zone policies.
Operations for managing Fibre Channel switches can only be performed by members of user groups that have been assigned the UCP Advisor Admin role or the UCP Advisor Fibre Channel Admin role.
