Managing zone aliases

You can create, edit, or delete zone aliases for a selected Fibre Channel switch.

1. Browse to the Fibre Channel switch where you want to manage zone aliases.
2. Click the Fibre Channel switch tile, and then click the Manage tab.
3. In the Alias pane, create, edit, or delete zone aliases:
   • Creating a zone alias:
     1. Click Create.
        
        
        
        
     2. Enter a name for the zone alias.
     3. Select the WWNs.
     4. Click Submit.
   • Editing a zone alias:
     1. From the Action menu for the zone alias that you want to edit, click Edit Alias.
        
        
        
        
     2. Add or remove the WWNs.
     3. Click Submit.
   • Deleting an alias:
     1. From the Action menu for the zone alias that you want to delete, click Delete Alias.
     2. Verify that the zone alias that you want to delete is listed as the item being deleted.
     3. Enter Delete, and then click Submit
