You can view the vSAN datastores associated with a server.
- In order for the vSAN datastore information to be available to
UCP Advisor, the vSAN must be brought online by following the VMware best practices.
- Ensure that the vSAN cluster exists in the same vCenter inventory where the UCP system is registered.
Note: Verify that a vCenter is registered and attached to the UCP system.
- Browse to the compute node where you want to view vSAN datastores.
- Click the compute node tile, and then select the vSAN Datastores tab.
The following information is displayed:
- Host Config
- The host name and other related details.
- Datastore
- The datastore name, free space, and capacity.
- Physical Storage Devices
- The physical storage devices associated with the datastore, and their capacity, tier, drive type, state, operational state, and other information.
- Other Storage Devices
- Other storage devices associated with the datastore, and their capacity, tier, drive type, state, operational state, and other information.
