You can import a template of BMC settings for Active Directory, NTP, and SNMP to quickly apply them to one or more compute nodes within the same compute node model group.
For example, you can import a BMC settings template that was exported from a compute node within the following model groups to any compute nodes within the same model group.
- DS120, DS220, DS225, DS240
- DS120 G2, DS220 G2
- HA810/ HA820 G2, HA805/ HA810/HA815/HA820/HA825/HA840 G3
Verify that a template to import BMC settings is available. For details on exporting a template, see Exporting BMC settings to a template.
- Select one or more compute nodes where you want to import the BMC settings template, and then click Import BMC Settings.
