Registering vCenter

Register your vCenter with UCP Advisor so that you can attach it to your UCP systems to perform vCenter-related operations.

1. Click Settings > VMware Integration.
2. Click Register vCenter, and then enter the following:

   vCenter Address

   Enter the vCenter IP address.

   Username and Password

   Enter the vCenter username and password.

   Register UCP Advisor Plugin

   Select this option to register and enable access to UCP Advisor as a plugin within VMware vSphere Client. See Registering the UCP Advisor plugin

3. Click Submit.
4. Click the Refresh icon to update the information.
   Note: When you onboard a vCenter to a UCP system using the onboarding sheet, the UCP Advisor plugin is not registered. You must register the UCP Advisor plugin separately for the vCenter. See Registering the UCP Advisor plugin.
