Use the following guidelines and suggested steps to help resolve issues with AD, SNMP, and NTP settings.
- Condition:
- An error occurs when setting or editing AD, SNMP, or NTP settings.
- What it Means:
- One of the following servers are either not accessible or have configuration issues:

- BMC
- AD
- NTP
- SNMP
- Corrective Action:

- Verify that the BMC, AD, NTP, and SNMP servers are reachable over the network.
- Verify that the AD, NTP, and SNMP configurations are supported on the server model.
- Using SSH, log on to the BMC server, and run the following command:
reset sp
- Wait for approximately 10 minutes, and then retry the operation.
