You can edit the username, and password for an Ethernet switch that is managed by UCP Advisor.
Verify that the device user credentials are assigned administrator role: network-admin.
- Browse to the UCP system where you want to edit an Ethernet switch, and then select Ethernet.
- Locate the Ethernet switch that you want to edit, and then select its activation checkbox.
- Click the Edit Ethernet Switch icon.
- Edit the information as required, and then click Submit.
